Purpose of the App

I understand that this app is designed for parents and authorised team staff to record, track, and review on-court basketball performance data for player development and team management purposes only.

Information Collected

I consent to the collection and secure storage of limited, non-sensitive information, which may include:

• Player first name

• Team position

• Attendance

• Points, assists, rebounds, and other basketball-related performance statistics

• General player performance data (non-sensitive)

Use of Information

I understand and agree that this information is collected solely for:

• Team and match management

• Player performance and development tracking

• Personal use within the All Pro Simple Basketball app

Data Protection & Privacy

I acknowledge and understand that:

• No sensitive personal data (such as photographs, home addresses, birthdates, phone numbers, or government IDs) is collected

• All data is securely stored and protected using Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• My child’s data will never be sold, shared, or used for advertising or marketing purposes

Parental Rights

I understand that I may, at any time:

• Request access to review the data associated with my child

• Request deletion of my child’s data from the platform

• Contact the app provider with any questions, concerns, or data requests
