Welcome to All Pro Simple Basketball, a mobile application developed by All Pro Soccer & Club LLC, located in Alabama, USA. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the All Pro Simple Basketball app and any services provided through it.
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
For iOS users, these Terms are in addition to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
All Pro Simple Basketball is intended for use by parents or legal guardians of youth basketball players, as well as coaches and authorised team staff.
To use the app, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Use the app only to manage, track, or view basketball-related data of your own child(ren) or a team you are authorised to manage
Ensure you have appropriate parental consent where required
To access most features of the app, you must:
Create an account using accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any data entered for players or teams.
All Pro Simple Basketball operates on a subscription-based model. An active subscription is required to access core features.
iOS Users: Subscriptions are billed through Apple Pay via the Apple App Store and governed by Apple’s payment terms
Android Users: Subscriptions are billed via Stripe, integrated through Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
Refunds for iOS users are handled exclusively by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policies
Refunds for Android users are governed by Google Play policies
All Pro Soccer & Club LLC does not directly process refunds
You agree to use the app only for lawful and intended purposes. You must not:
Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate information
Track, monitor, or record data for individuals without proper authorisation or parental consent
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s functionality
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or children’s privacy rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the app or violate these Terms.
All content within the app—including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to All Pro Soccer & Club LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under these Terms.
Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the app available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pro Soccer & Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app or via email.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, and applicable international regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under these laws unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
