Welcome to App Pro Simple Soccer — a mobile application developed by All Pro Soccer & Club LLC, located in Alabama, USA. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the app and any services provided through it.

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

In addition to these Terms, iOS users agree to be bound by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review the Apple EULA here.

1. Who Can Use the App

App Pro Simple Soccer is intended for use by parents and guardians of youth athletes, coaches, and authorized team staff. To use the app, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country

   

• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

   

• Use the app only to manage, track, or view soccer-related data of your own child(ren) or team (with permission)

   

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information

   

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

   

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

   

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including data added for children and teams.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Paid Access
This app operates on a subscription basis. You must have an active paid subscription to access core features.

• iOS users: Subscriptions are billed via Apple Pay through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple’s payment terms.

• Android users: Subscriptions are billed via Stripe through Google Play.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Refunds
Refunds for iOS users are handled solely through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Refunds for Android users are managed via Google Play policies. All Pro Soccer & Club LLC does not directly process refunds.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload false or misleading information

   

• Use the app to track or monitor individuals without proper consent

   

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app’s functionality

   

• Violate the rights of any individual, including children’s privacy rights

   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including software, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to All Pro Soccer & Club LLC. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the app except as allowed under these Terms or with written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the app running smoothly but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued without notice.
